1. Permanent magnetic drum dry separator
The equipment is composed of sorting cylinder, fixed magnetic system, transmission device, feeding device, selection box (product box) and rack. It is mainly used for dry seperation of fine-grained ferromagnetic minerals. It is also suitable for the removal of magnetic impurities and magnetic materials from powdered materials. The equipment is widely used in the branches such as metallurgy industry, chemical industry, cement , ceramics, grinding wheels, and food as well as soot, slag and other materials processing.
The material is smoothly fed into the hopper of the magnetic separator through the feeder and then dropped into the magnetic drum. The magnetic material is adsorbed and falls in the unloading area, and the non-magnetic material is dropped freely for the purpose of separation. It has the advantages of simple process flow, no concentration and filtration, fewer equipments, smaller footprint, water-saving and lower cost, which is suitable for the region of drought and cold weather.
2. Vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator
Vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator is an ore equipment that utilizes magnetism, fluctuating fluid force, gravity and other comprehensive force fields, applicable in the separation of fine-grained and weak magnetic minerals as well as the iron removal operation of non-metallic minerals.
Up to now it is the most optimal and advanced magnetic separation equipment of strong magnet. The machine adopts vertical rotation and recoil concentration and is equipped with high-frequency vibration mechanism, which has the advantages of large enrichment ratio, strong adaptability to grain size, concentration and grade fluctuation, reliable performance and convenient operation and maintenance. The equipment demonstrates high concentrate grade and recovery in the separation of weakly magnetic ores.
Ferrous metals: Imitation hematite, hematite, limonite, siderite and manganese ores’ recovery
Non-ferrous metals: Separation of minerals such as wolframite or garnet
Rare metals: Iron ore, iron lithium mica, monazite, yttrium ores’ recovery
Nonmetal: Purification of quartz, feldspar, kaolin, refractory materials
3. Permanent magnetic drum separator
For different specific magnetic coefficients, the magnetic minerals in the mixed material are separated by magnetic force and mechanical force.
According to the different types of the magnetic separator tank structure, the equipment can be divided into three types: downstream type, counter-current type and semi-countercurrent type. Now the commonly used tanks are mostly semi-counterflow type. Increased the diameter of the cylinder can improve the magnetic separator’s specific processing capacity (processing capacity per meter of cylinder) and the recovery rate and save electricity and saves water. The magnetic separators with a cylinder diameter of 900 mm or more are used widely both in China and foreign countries.
